Our Story

Double P Equipment, LLC was founded in April of 2024 by Preston Preciado. Although his passion for sales and equipment were long established before then. Preston started buying and selling equipment in 2018. At first it was just a truck or trailer here and there, but the passion and excitement lead to tractors, excavators, skid steers, and attachments. Preston would later attend the University of Texas and graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Sports Management. He had hopes of becoming a Director of Football Operations in collegiate football after serving in a similar role while attending UT. That plan later changed due to an unwillingness to move away from his now wife. Instead, he found himself wiring houses in Killeen, Texas while rekindling his love for retail sales on the side. After a year and a half of working as an electrician it was time to take a risk and bet on himself. Thus, Double P Equipment was founded.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. As we continue to grow and add different brands to our offering we have our roots and ideals at the forefront of every future endeavor!

We’re striving to have a bigger presence in our local community both in sales and involvement. One of our biggest goals is to eventually create a scholarship fund for local students.
